No one does grilled meats better than Turkey, and our mildly spicy, minty Turkish spice blend was inspired by the kababs and koftes of Istanbul. Besides kofte, it’s delicious as a rub for steak or lamb chops, works great in dressings for roasted veggies and is delicious in bulgur dishes and in red lentil soup.
